Steps

First put in a kadai heat 2 tsp oil and add green chilli, ginger,also saute 3 tbsp onion for a minute. Now add carrot, capsicum and peas and add all dry powder powder and mix well.

Now add 1 cup water and mix well,boil and mix well... keeping the flame on low start adding rava slowly and mix well...When rava absorbs water,cover and simmer on low flame for 5 minutes, upma is cooked well...add in coriander leaves and mix well.

Now mix corn flour, water and prepare a smooth batter..Dip in corn flour batter cutlet both sides and cutlet roll in bread crumbs on both the sides.

Now heat the pan add oil, and fry cutlet both the sides on medium flame till it turns golden and crisp..
