Marinate your filllet in lemon juice for one hour or more

Deep fry the marinated fillet in hot oil until golden brown then set aside

In a pot fry onions until translucent then add in yoyr ginget/garlic/tumeric paste and let it cook for a while then add tomatoes and saute till soft

Add in your deep fried fillets, cover and let it cook for a while then add your cooking cream and let it simmer (you can make more soup if you like)

Add in the chopped cilantro and remove from heat

Serve with ugali or rice

(You can add capsicum and other things you may like, I used what I had and the outcome was super tasty)
