Steps

Heat oil in a saucepan & add mustard seeds. When they crackle add curry leaves & capsicum

Cook for a minute. Add rice & mix well saute fr a minute.

Add mango puree, cashew, biryani masala, turmeric, salt & water

Bring it all to boil. Lower the heat cover tightly with a lid & cook for 10 minutes.

After removing from heat let rice stand for atleast 10 minutes.

Serve with dal or any curry or vegetable. I prefer to eat the rice alone as it's so flavoursome.
