Powder sugar, grated dry coconut and add half spoon cardamom powder

Mix maida with two spoon oil and water into tough dough and keep aside

Make dumplings with dough

Roll into thin disc

Stuff with the sugar mixture

Cover the flour all over keeping the stuffing intact

These are stuffed dumplings

Roll into thick discs

Heat a tawa smear little oil in centre and place one stuffed, rolled disc. Flip. Then push to one side then place another disc. Almost five OBBAT can be accommodated at a time.All the baking should be done on slow flame

Serve after cooling. It will be stiff like a biscuit
