Steps

In a wok dry roast sewai in low flame till golden brown.

Add milk to the sewai and bring it a boil.

Slow down the flame untill sewai turns soft.

Add sugar and cook until sugar dissolves. Cook for 5-10 mins and turn off the flame. Let it cool down.

Peel and cut the mangoes and put them in a blender jar and blend till smooth.

Mix mango pulp in the sewai and mix well.

Enjoy chilled mango sewai.
