Ingredients

  1. 2Boiled potatoes -
  2. 1 cupSooji / Rava -
  3. 3/4 cupCurd -
  4. 1Onion,chopped -
  5. 2 tbspCoriander leaves, chopped
  6. 2Green chilli, chopped -
  7. 1/2 inchGinger, chopped -
  8. 1 tspCumin seeds -
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. as neededOil to deep fry the cutlet

Steps

  1. 1

    Add sooji and curd in a bowl, mix them thoroughly. Cover the lid and rest for 10 minutes until it turns soft.

  2. 2

    Now add boiled potatoes and all the ingredients and mix them well.

  3. 3

    Now put some oil on your palm so that you can make tikki nicely.

  4. 4

    After making all the tikki now heat the oil in a pan and deep fry those tikki for five minutes until it turns golden, use moderate heat. Fry them from both sides. Now remove from oil.

  5. 5

    Aaloo-suji tikki is ready to serve. Enjoy it with tomato sauce.
