Add sooji and curd in a bowl, mix them thoroughly. Cover the lid and rest for 10 minutes until it turns soft.

Now add boiled potatoes and all the ingredients and mix them well.

Now put some oil on your palm so that you can make tikki nicely.

After making all the tikki now heat the oil in a pan and deep fry those tikki for five minutes until it turns golden, use moderate heat. Fry them from both sides. Now remove from oil.

Aaloo-suji tikki is ready to serve. Enjoy it with tomato sauce.
