Ingredients

1 katoriWheat flour-
1 small KatoriMango puree-
2-3 tbsp or as per taste Sugar-(Brown sugar)
1 small KatoriMilk-
2-3 tbspsButter-(I used homemade white butter)
5-6Raisins
pinchBaking soda
as neededWater to make a smooth float batter
as neededOil for greasing appe pan
as neededDried fruit candies for garnishing

Steps

Make a smooth batter with all the ingredients except oil.

Add baking soda and beat slightly with cut and fold method.

Now grease the appe pan with oil.

Now pour the batter with spoon in all the cavities and cover with lid.

Let them cook on SIM.

Now turn their sides after about 5 minutes and check them.

Again sprinkle little oil if required and let them cook on sim.

Check them.

Now garnish with dried fruit candies and Serve.
