Steps

Make paste of peanut powder and grated coconut

Heat oil add cumin seeds when flutters add green chilli paste,ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 minute

Add peanut and coconut paste and saute well it it looses oil

Add turmeric powder,salt mix well.Add red chilli.

Add methi leaves and saute well for 5 minutes

Add boiled water as per need

Let boil for 5 minutes

Methi Hariyali is ready.Serve with hot bhakri or rice.
