Firstly sock the soya chunks in salty boiled water for 15-20 mins. then drained the water and try to dry the chunks with the help of tissue paper. After that coated with maida/ cornflower and red chilli powder.

Heat the pan and add refine oil and stir fry the coted soya chunks.

Add some oil and then chopped garlic, chopped green chilli, onion and capcicum. Stir fry all the thing in high flame. Now add salt as per test and slight sugar in it. Again stir fry in high flame.

After 5 mins when all the veggies change their colour then add fried soya chunks Alon with soya sauce tomato sauce red chilli sauce. mix well and stirring.

When the aroma feels then add little water if you want gravy. Or no need to add water.

Lastly add black pepper powder. And the delicious chilli soyabin is ready to eat. Thank you.
