Take a bowl add chhena,kajupowder,cornflour,maida,salt,sugar,chillipowder,&garammasala mix well.

Makes balls.

Heat a pan add oil and dip fry the balls.

Heat a pan add rai&currypatta crackle for a mints.

Add salt,sugar,chillipowder,&garammasala powder.

Add coconut milk&milk.

Add kuffta&mix well.boil it 5 mints.

Malei kuffta is ready to serve.Garnish with grated poneer serve it with rice,or roti or paratha.
