Rava Veg Toast

In a large bowl add the rava and curd mix well. Add water if required. The batter needs be thick but soft. Keep it aside for 5-10 minutes.

Add onions tomatoes capsicum green chilli coriander leaves black pepper and salt mix well.

Take this mix and spread it on a slice of bread.

On a hot griddle apply a little oil on it and place the rava batter side face down. Cook till the time the batter turn golden in colour.

Apply a little oil on the plane side of the bread and cook till it turns golden in colour as well.

Repeat the process for the rest of the bread slices.

Serve hot with some chutney or ketchup. Slide cool then pack in silver foil and keep in lunch box.
