Steps

First wash poha 2 -3 times and mix sugar in that and add lemon drops few and keep it a side

On gas put pan and add oil pinch of turmeric and roast peanuts and add mustard seeds curry leaves and saute it for a minutes then add onions and fry it for 3 minutes then add Sauf and saute it then add poha and salt and mix well and sprinkle 3 tsps. Water and it's ready to serve

Add coriander leaves chopped to enhance the taste
