When I tried making a salad with ingredients in my freezer, I ended up with a seafood salad! It tasted great anyway, so I uploaded the recipe.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1Wakame seaweed (fresh if available)
  • 4sticks- Imitation crab sticks
  • 3cm- Daikon radish
  • 2teaspoons- Shirasu (optional)
  • 1Wakegi scallions (optional)
  • 1Ponzu
  • 1Sesame oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Rehydrate the wakame and cut into bite-sized pieces. Grate the daikon radish.

  2. 2

    Break up the crab sticks. If you refer to "How to Quickly Break Up Crab sticks"you should find this step quite easy.

    Add the ingredients to a plate in the order of wakame seaweed, crab sticks, grated daikon radish, shirasu, then wakegi scallions. Drizzle over some sesame oil and ponzu and the salad is complete.

  4. 4

    It's fine without the grated daikon radish. Give it a go.
