1.Clean chana dal, soak in lukewarm water for 2 hours.
2.Once soaked well,put dal in sieve,drain extra water,keep the dal in sieve for 5 mins,spread dal over cloth add wipe it.
3.Cut dry fruit such as almonds shavings.
4.put gree in a pen,let it melt put the dal in the ghee.stir add roast the dal well until crispy,keep the flame high
