Ingredients

  1. 2-3 cupsidli batter
  2. 1 cupchopped mixed veggies
  3. For greasingoil ( the idli moulds)
  4. For servingcoconut chutney & sambar

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the batter and the veggies well. Spoon into the greased idli moulds. Bring some water to boil in the pressure cooker/ steamer and place the idli stand.

  2. 2

    Steam for 15-20 minutes. (Do not put the weight). After 5 minutes, open the cooker and let it cool further before demoulding.

  3. 3

    Transfer to a serving plate and relish with coconut chutney and sambar.
