400 gbeef shortplate
1medium onion,sliced
Sesame oil
Light soy sauce
Mirin
Sugar
Spring onion

Steps

Marinated beef shortplate with a sugar,mirin,soy sauce,sesame oil and put a side leave in the refrigerator for a 10 minutes

Stir fry onion for a 2 minutes add the beef stirring until beef change colour about 3 minutes

Sprinkle spring onion on top of the beef. Serve it
