First wash then soak rice in water for half an hour..here I'm cooking "India's favorite"extra long grain ROYAL - SHAN A SHAUKAT:) RICE

Take a big vessel, pour water and boil it

Drain water from the soaked rice and put rice in boiling water
- 4
Add spoon of oil or ghee..a few minutes after squeeze lemon..this will help not to stick rice together.. Be careful while cooking

Check by picking a rice particle into your thumb and a finger and press whether the rice cooked or not..don't over cook the rice

Now take a strainer and strain the whole water from the rice &hold on this stage a few minutes to remove every drop of water

Transfer into a bowl, casserole or tray

Serve hot with your's cooked dish or meal
