Gajar Barfi

A delicious Barfi that can be served on any occasions.
Steps

Take grated carrot in a pan and add 1/2 Cup Ghee and roast for 10 minutes.

Now add 1 cup Sugar,and stir it once again for 5 minutes

Now add 1 1/2 Cup Milk Powder and mix it nicely.

Cook till it starts to dry and starts to leave pan.

Be careful that it doesn't stick to the pan and keep stirring it continuously.

Now your Carrot Barfi is ready.On a greased tray let it set for 3 hours and garnish with Pista.
