This is my first time of making unripe plantain porridge by myself and I think I did a very good job.

This is my first time of making unripe plantain porridge by myself and I think I did a very good job.
Steps

Wash and peel your unripe plantain,then you cut it into cubes. Wash and dices your onions.

Cut and wash your periwinkle until the water is colourless. wash and blend your pepper and crayfish.

Put your plantain, salt, Knorr into a pot and add water into it. Then you place on heat.

Allow to cook for 10 minutes. then you add your periwinkle.

Pour your palm oil into a frying pan,add your onion into it and fry then you add your blended crayfish and pepper and fry for 3 minutes.

Pour your fried ingredients into your cooking plantain and Allow to cook for 10 minutes. Add your scent leave.

Then you serve.
