Soak ragi overnight, drain water, tie on muslin cloth, let it minimum 1 day.

Soak dosa rice for 4 hours minimum.

Grind smoothly ragi, Rice, salt with some water.

Transfer into a vessel, add sufficient water to get idli batter texture.

Heat tava, apply oil, pour the laddlefull of batter, spread evenly.

Cover and cook for 3 minutes in medium flame.

Remove the lid, and dosa, serve in hot.
