In a bowl, mix gram flour, refined flour, 1/4 cup oil, turmeric powder and ajwain and prepare a hard dough of it and let it rest for 1/2 an hour.

Then collect all the ingredients for stuffing which shown in the photo below.

Heat a pan and dry roast saseme seeds then add coconut into it and roast that too for 1-2 minutes.

Then grind roasted coconut and Saseme seeds, into granulated powder.

Shift this mixture into a bowl and into it mix sugar, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, ginger, gram masala, salt and turmeric powder very well.

Then cut out a piece from the dough and roll it like a roti which should not be too thin not too thick.Then spread like juice all over the roti.

Onto to it spread stuffing and coriander leaves.

Then start rolling it from one side to another and seal the sides using water.

Then cut it into pieces.

Heat some oil in a frying pan and drop your bhakarwadi into it and deep fry it.

Then drain all excess oil from your bhakarwadi and serve it. You can serve it hot and allow it cook and store it in an air tight container for a week.
