In a bowl take Maida, add pinch salt, 1tbs ghee and mix well till it looks like bread crumbs

Add milk little by little and make a soft dough.

Give 15-20 mins rest

In a kadai add little ghee fry all the dry fruits, and fry, now add khoya stir then finally add 1TBS of powder sugar mix well till sugar dissolves.

Let it cool completely

Heat oil in a kadai

Knead the dough once again and make small balls.

Take ball and spread it with hands or roll it.

Take one small ball from Mawa mixture and put that ball in spreaded dough.

Cover it properly and spread it with your fingers or gently roll it.

Now fry on medium heat till golden brown.

Let the kachoris to cool completely.

Dip into 1 string sugar syrup.

Place it in serve plate, decorate with dry fruits and serve immediately.
