4-5Cashew nuts (chopped)
1-2 tablespoonGhee/Clarified butter

In a pan, heat clarified butter/Ghee.

Into it add semolina.

Then roast it until it's brown in colour.

Then add milk into it and cook it milk got completely reduced or dissolved into it.

Then add sugar into it.

Cook it well then top it with Cashew nuts.
