Today, I have a recipe for tender, aromatic, and hot chicken noodle soup to share with you. It's easy to make and very delicious!

Method: Wash the chicken drumsticks thoroughly and set aside. Pound the garlic, cilantro roots, and peppercorns until fine.

Try making it yourself! I guarantee it's aromatic and delicious. I like to add fresh ginger, which makes the broth even more fragrant. ^____^

Heat a pan and add oil. Sauté the pounded cilantro roots, garlic, and peppercorns, then add the ginger slices and stir until fragrant. Add the chicken drumsticks and stir until well combined. Cook for a while until the chicken is cooked through.

Add enough water to cover the chicken drumsticks and make the broth. Add cinnamon sticks and toasted star anise, then add salt, light soy sauce, palm sugar, brown sugar, and sweet dark soy sauce. Bring to a boil over high heat for about 20 minutes.

Once boiling, add bitter melon and cover. Continue to braise over high heat for another 15 minutes. Then reduce to medium heat and braise for another hour. You'll have a fragrant broth and tender chicken drumsticks.
