Ingredients

  1. 1 pack (6 oz)Chicken of the Sea Salmon
  2. 1/4 cupfinely chopped green onions
  3. 1/4 cupmayo
  4. 1 Tbsp.fresh squeezed lemon juice
  5. 1/2 tsp.garlic powder
  6. dashcayenne pepper
  7. 1/4 cupchopped red bell pepper
  8. 1med. egg beaten
  9. 1 cupseasoned bread crumbs
  10. 3 Tbsp.butter

  1. 1

    Combine 1st seven ingredients in med. bowl, egg and 1/3 cup breadcrumbs. Form mixture into 4 balls.

  2. 2

    Roll salmon balls in remaining breadcrumbs; flatten into cakes about 1/2 inch thick.

  3. 3

    In skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Fry 3 - 4 minutes per side till golden brown.
