Ingredients

  1. 200white chana
  2. 200 gmTomatoes
  3. 1 inchGinger
  4. 1Big elaichi
  5. 2cloves
  6. 1/2 tspRosted jeera
  7. To tasteSalt...red chilli powder..turmeric powder
  8. as neededVegetable oil
  9. 1/2 cup or as neededCoriander leaves..cherry tomatoes
  10. as neededFor poori added..Wheat flaur..oats atta.. and Besan..

Cooking Instructions

    Boil overnight soaked white chane..with salt..big Elaichi..clovers.and tejpatta

    After 4 whistle.off the gass.

    Make tadka..

  4. 4

    Take Twospoon oil in a pan.

  5. 5

    Add chopped ginger.

  6. 6

    Saute till light brown...add finally grinded tomatoes.

    Sim the gass when tomatoes leave the oil.

    Add boiled chana.

    Saute untill mix well.

  10. 10

    Add boiled water stir on high flame for 5 minutes.

    Cook for 20 to 25 minutes.

    Garnish with Chery tomatoes and coriander leaves

    Serve with poori.
