Firstly wash and soak daal for mininum 45 minutes - 60 minutes and then boil it upto 4 whistles with salt, green chillies and 1 - 2 glasses water

Meanwhile knead the puri dough by adding some salt and black pepper powder. And keep aside.

Now open the pressure cooker,.check if done. It should not be over cooked.The daal grains should be visible.

Now take A small pan heat 2 teaspoon oil, keep the flame.to lowest and put cumin seeds, asoefotida, ginger and red chilli powder, coriander powder, stir and immediately pour on the cooked daal. Sprinkle amchur powder and leave as it is. Dont mix

Serve hot with tampered daal and fried whole green chillies.

Now heat oil for frying puris in A deep vessel. And start rolling puris to be me fried one by one when oil is hot.
