Cooking Instructions

Boil the potatoes peel and mash it and keep aside.

Heat oil 2 tbsp put curry leaves and chopped green chillies then add sliced onion saute for 5 mind on low flame.

Then add salt to taste + turmeric powder mix well and cook for 1 mins then add mashed potatoes (mash lightly) and mix it nicely.

Add chopped coriander leaves give a mix.your bhaji is ready.

Take maida add salt + dahi + oil (1 tbsp) mix it well then by adding water knead a semi soft dough.

Make round puri's from the dough and fry in a hot oil..

Serve hot Puri bhaji.
