Before you start your cooking egg should be boiled and fried,then you take oil & add redchilli, bay leaf and chopped onion and tomato and stir fry it nicely.

Then add garlic,ginger paste redchilli,cumin,coriander,turmeric,garam masala powders fry for 10 mins.Add potato,coriander leaves cook for 10mins.You can add salt as your taste and then serve.
