Rinse and Chop the green leaves of chomolia finely

In a pan fry onion for 2 minutes

Add chomolia and grated carrot to the pan

Add pepper and salt mix well to combine then cook for 5 minutes on the stove

Remove and drain the tuna fish add to chomolia mix well.

Serve with coconut rice
