Ingredients

  1. 3eggs
  2. 3/8 cuphoney (or maple syrup)
  3. 1.5 tspbaking soda
  4. 4-5ripe bananas
  5. 3 cupsold fashioned oats
  6. Dark chocolate chips (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 350 degrees.

  2. 2

    Blend all ingredients (except chocolate chips) until smooth

  3. 3

    Spray loaf pan with coconut oil

  4. 4

    Pour mixture into loaf pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake for 45min (or until toothpick comes out clean)
