Green chillies chutney (pachchimirchi pachchadi)

My mom used to make when there are no vegetables at home. I love the spicy, tangy and sweet taste of the chutney. Green chilli chutney being spicy, we add tamarind and jaggery/sugar to reduce the spice levels. This tastes super yumm with hot white rice and a spoon of sesame oil to be added.
