Soak rice & chana dal over night

Drain out all the water from it next day & wash well

Together grind them in a mixie

Make a smooth batter

Take a non stick pan,put 1 tsp of oil.

Take a 1 tbsp of batter & pour on the pan & spread it

When it becomes little brown,add 1/2 tsp of oil on the corners &cook the other side of batter for 1 min

Do same with the remaining batter

Serve hot with green chutney
