First heat the pan and add oil in it

Then low the flame and add all the masala and chopped Greenchilly and ginger paste in it

Saute for few seconds

Then add mashed boiled potatoes

Saute it for 5mints and mix it well

Then add Coriander leaves

Take a small size dough like a ball in your hand and press it with rolling pin apply ghee in it and put the Aloo stuffing in it

Then close it well

Make a pratha

Hot the tawa put it in low flame the put the pratha in tawa and press the pratha with spectula and flip the pratha in tawa to both side

Then apply the ghee on pratha of both side in low flame

Serve it hot with achar or chutney or mint chutney or curd
