Ingredients

  1. 2lbs. Sausage of your choice. I use 1lb. Hot and 1lb. Regular
  2. 5-7Jalepenos depending upon size
  3. 1 tubCream Cheese (flavor of your choice)
  4. Dust on Chucacabra Seasoning (or your choice)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Separate sausage into 5-7 equal portions (depending on size of jalepenos)

  2. 2

    Core jalepenos. Stuff with cream cheese (if your choice)

  3. 3

    Wrap separated sausage portions around stuffed jalepenos.

  4. 4

    Smoke on 180 for approximately 2 - 2 1/2 hours

Add breadcrumbs to sausage and wrap with sausage.
