Ingredients

2lbs. Sausage of your choice. I use 1lb. Hot and 1lb. Regular
5-7Jalepenos depending upon size
1 tubCream Cheese (flavor of your choice)
Dust on Chucacabra Seasoning (or your choice)

Steps

Separate sausage into 5-7 equal portions (depending on size of jalepenos)

Core jalepenos. Stuff with cream cheese (if your choice)

Wrap separated sausage portions around stuffed jalepenos.

Smoke on 180 for approximately 2 - 2 1/2 hours

Add breadcrumbs to sausage and wrap with sausage.
