Mix curd, besan,salt and haldi powder in a bowl,whisk well no lumps should be there

Heat oil in a pan add kadhi mixture stir continuously

Cook for few min

Now in a tadka pan heat oil add mustard seeds

When it start crackling add fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds

Stir add red chilli and hing now switch off the flame

Add red chilli powder and stir

Now pour this tempering into the kadhi cover it for few min

Garnish with coriander leaves
