2 cupsfloor
1 Tbspbaking.half cup of milk
HalfTsp salt, 2Tbsp sugar.. a third cup of oil. 2 eggs

Mix floor.baking soda. Salt. Sugar. Milk.oil to make a dough

Cut small portions of dough and deep fry in boiling oil for 2 minutes.

The mandazi are ready to be served with tea or coffee or any other beverage.
