Sift the flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar into a mixing bowl

Beat the eggs till they are light and fluffy.

Melt your butter and set aside. (You can use unsalted/salted butter to your preference, or margarine)

Make a well at the center of flour. Add the eggs and butter. Fold in

Add milk gradually and mix till you get the right consistency and the mix isn't lumpy.

Heat a Pan on medium heat. Once hot, put a little oil to just coat the pan. Let the oil heat then add your pancake mix at the center then spread out on the Pan.

Once one side is cooked (check for bubbles at the edge of the pancake) flip to cook the other side. Set aside

Continue cooking till done. Alternate between medium and low heat to ensure they are well cooked, and not burnt.

Dress and serve as preferred
