Get some rice and put it into a mug

Put 3 cups of water into the pan

Put in some sault and put a lid on

Whilst that is cooking peel the sweet potatoes about 600 grams

Peel and cut into chunks and wash the potatoes about 3 times to to get rid of the starch boil in a separate pan

When cooked strain off the water and mash the potatoes and put in the rice add sault and stir

Grate up bread crumbs I used 3 cobs this is around 50 grams each so 150 grams add chilli powder

Toast the bread crumbs

Form and roll the mixture into the bread crumbs

Cook until browned in the oven or pan
