Pre-heat oven to 180°C

Mix all the wet ingredients together.

In a separate bowl,sift and mix all the dry ingredients.

Mix together the dry and the wet ingredients to incorporate everything and beat until the consistency of the batter is not runny and not solid.

Put cupcake linings in a cupcake tray and fill the batter halfway full.

Put in the oven for around 22 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Cool in a rack.

Ready to enjoy or decorate.
