Ingredients

6 eachChicken tenders
1/4 cupFat Free evaporated milk
2 tbspCoconut oil
Seasoning Mix
1/4 cupAP flour
1/4 cupPecans ~ chopped
1/4 cupParmesan flavored bread crumbs
1 tspSeason Salt

Heat skillet medium heat add coconut oil

In one bowl mix flour, bread crumbs, pecans and seasoning

In another bowl add evaporated milk

Dip chicken in milk, then coat with flour mixture and fry until done.
