Ingredients

  1. 6 eachChicken tenders
  2. 1/4 cupFat Free evaporated milk
  3. 2 tbspCoconut oil
  4. Seasoning Mix
  5. 1/4 cupAP flour
  6. 1/4 cupPecans ~ chopped
  7. 1/4 cupParmesan flavored bread crumbs
  8. 1 tspSeason Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat skillet medium heat add coconut oil

  2. 2

    In one bowl mix flour, bread crumbs, pecans and seasoning

  3. 3

    In another bowl add evaporated milk

  4. 4

    Dip chicken in milk, then coat with flour mixture and fry until done.
