Ingredients

  • 1 largeApple
  • 1 slicePineapple
  • 1/2 tbspbutter
  • 2/3 kgsugar
  • 2 tbspall-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cupWater
  • 1/2 smallLime or 2pcs Calamansi

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice apple and pineapple into small pieces.

  2. 2

    In a pan , pour water and put butter,pineapple, apple . Boil until the pineapple and apple is tender

  3. 3

    When the fruits are tender put the sugar and stir and let it simmer.

  4. 4

    Put flour

  5. 5

    Squeeze the lime or calamansi and simmer for 5 more minutes with occasional stiring.

  6. 6

    Remove from heat and let it cool. Transfer to a container.

  7. 7

    Serve with bread ;)
