Soak moong daal for 5-7 hours. Drean of the water and blend to smooth batter.add water if required. Add salt also and mix well.

Mix the better well and get to the dosa consistency. Add if required.

Pour a ladleful of the batter on a hot griddle.

Spread it in a circular motion thin circle

Also smear a little finely chopped onion, cilli, cumin seeds, paneer (option) and oil over the Dosa.

If the dosa is not cookd from top.filp and cook both side of Dosa

Slowly remove the dosa from ends.serve dosa coconut chuttni, tomato sauce, sambher
