Heat pan and fry daal for 2-3 mints without oil or ghee

Then soak it in water for 3-4 hrs

Now take soaked daal in mixer jar add chilli garlic lemon juice or pickle

Any one pickel or lemon juice fr sour taste in chatne

Then add little water grind it properly

Now put chatne in bowl add salt and mustard oil
- 7
Mix it well.... Serve wth pakoda ar paratha
