Steps

Minced meat, onion grated & squeeze the water, green chillies, coriander & mint leaves, ginger, garlic, besan, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, tandoori masala & salt. Grind all together.

Add little melted butter & curd/ cream to the mixture & refrigerate fr half an hour.

Give desired shape & fry till light brown & then cook them in a pan.
Brush with butter before serving. - 4
I have always been a bit reluctant about grilling raw meat. So I fry & thn cook in a pan.you can directly grill them in oven or barbecue.
