First wash then cut the vegetables in rings..remove outer layer of onions

Make a batter of refined flour and corn flour by putting all the spices including salt except chat masala using water..give a rest to the better for 15 minutes.. No lumps should be there and of smooth consistency..neither more thick nor more pouring

Roll over the rings in dry refined flour..then coat with maida better and then roll in the bread crumbs

Heat oil in a flat bottom pan or Kadai and fry the onion,bell pepper &tomato rings till light brown..spread on a paper napkin to soak access oil

You can double fry the rings for more crispness

Sprinkle chat masala over onion bell pepper and tomato rings

Serve hot with yo'rs favorite sauce or ketchup

Tip _serve green chutney with red chutney for perfect taste you can roast rings in OTG or air fryer
