Preheat oven at 190 c.place a silicon sheet on a baking tray.
Combine butter and egg in another bowl and mix well.add refined flour,little water mix well.and knead in to a soft dough.rest for 15 min.
Divide dough in to 8 equal portion and roll out each portion in to a long cylinder.keeping the centre filling of mozzarella cheese thick and ends thin.like a spindle.

Bring two ends together and tie a knot to give a shape of prawn, rest for 15 min.
Place prawn pizza on the baking tray and put it in the preheated oven.bake for 12-15 min.
Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. serve hot.
