Ingredients

3-4 servings
  • 200 gramwhole moong boiled with salt and turmeric powder
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 tbspgarlic
  • 1/2 tspginger
  • 1 tsptadka masala
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil
  • 2green chillies slitted

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil add chopped onion and garlic paste

  2. 2

    Saute and add ginger,mix salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Add red chilli powder and tadka masala

  4. 4

    Saute well adding the daal

  5. 5

    Add sugar and mix

  6. 6

    Garnish with slitted green chilli and serve
