Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and green chillies

Add onion slices and garlic saute well

Add Potatoes and papaya

Saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Cover it till become soft

Add ginger paste saute well

Add red chilli Powder and tomare puree saute well
- 8
Add water and simmer
- 9
Finally add sugar and garam masala powder
- 10
Serve it with rice
